Moving premises can be stressful, but moving your electricity supply shouldn’t be. Simply call or email our Customer Experience Team to let us help you.
You need to allow at least four working days for us to arrange the electricity disconnection at your existing address and connection at your new address.

Existing Customers
Advise us the move in/move out dates and we’ll arrange transfer of your electricity with no extra fees. We’ll take care of finalising your existing Blue NRG account and creating your new one.
