Once your friend or your business premise has become a Blue NRG customer, you will receive a credit on your next bill and so will your friend.

Your account number can be found on any of our invoices you would have received from us. It is displayed on the front page of your invoice in the middle in blue writing. Your account number can also be located within the My Account portal.
